I am a west coast girl. The eldest of two from a family that has gone through many challenges. I have experienced great loss and great wonders. I appreciate the wisdom that the aged can share, the fresh perspective of youth, and have the energy to give back facilitating others to reach their goals. I am proud to be a physiotherapist and a rowing coach. I am excited to be living, volunteering and working in the same city!! HAMILTON proud!!Let's get you moving and keep you moving! My special interest is dizziness, TMJ dysfunction and concussions. Did you know that 70% of doctors visits in the US are related to dizziness? Did you know a majority of the time it's BPPV and that can be treated in a few sessions! You don't always have to put up with dizziness and imbalance! Vestibular rehab can help! I've successfully completed the Vestibular Competency course out of Emory University and several advanced vestibular courses (cervicogenic dizziness, concussion, advanced BPPV) and it's been the focus of my practice for 5 years. Plus, I've had 3, maybe 4 concussions, two with vertigo and one with facial pain... believe me, it doesn't have to stay that way! I enjoy meeting new people and professionals. Please reach out if you want to connect, collaborate or just chew the fat.
