Responsibilities of the Support role included greeting customers, busing and resetting tables, running drinks to tables, acting as an expediter to ensure food is served in a timely manner with the correct sauces, answering phones, and taking to-go orders.The linecook position involved fast-paced and high-volume restaurant. I was responsible for preparing food quickly and efficiently, ensuring all dishes were prepared to the restaurant's standards, stocking and organizing workstations, following health and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. It consisted of working in a team environment and communicating effectively with other team members.I also partook in the training team and the safety team. The training team was responsible for training new hires in all areas of the restaurant, including customer service, food safety, and operational procedures. The safety team was responsible for providing a safe working environment for the food service team and customers. It Involved monitoring food preparation and sanitization processes to ensure they meet established standards, as well as providing support and guidance on how to safely handle food, equipment, and other materials.
