Planning and accomplishing million dollar funds raisers for the Zoological Society of Florida; to raise funds for the Miami Metro Zoo (Zoo Miami). My major accomplishments were the Feast with the Beasts 2005 & 2006; and the Ball of the Wild 2006 & 2007. Working with and managing the society and zoo staff to ensure successful and profitable fund raising projects. The Zoological Society of Florida (ZSF) was founded in 1956 and is the non-profit support organization for MetroZoo (Zoo Miami).I was successful in negotiating "in-kind" donations with various high-end restaurants in the Miami area; Coca-Cola, Dade Paper and various other local vendors for our fund raising events.

As the Manager, Cruise Events, I oversee all operational aspects of Landry & Kling's corporate and incentive programs, full ship charters and meetings at sea. I have been part of the Landry Kling operational team since 2007. Landry & Kling helps meeting planners source, plan and deliver events at sea, including incentives, meetings, conferences, groups and full-ship charters.During my years with Landry & Kling, I have become an expert in exotic cruise destinations and have orchestrated programs in Alaska, the Mediterranean, and the Greek islands. I have planned numerous programs with various major cruise lines and I am well versed in the operational and logistical aspects of each cruise line.

As the event specialist to the Mid-Atlantic region, I coordinated numerous events for the region. Type of events requested by the sales team included but not limited to: seminars at sea, travel and trade shows, ship tour and luncheons and site inspections.Planning and executing cruise events for in-house executives; as well as outbound district sales managers. Arranging golf outings and events during the Royal Caribbean Golf Classic (since discontinued). Worked with our department of 7 in brining out new vessels for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.
