GMR has done extensive work for its clients at the Super Bowl, World Cup, and Olympics where our team has been onsite making brands known to the world.•Collaborates with colleagues, suppliers, and account teams to purchase project and supply chain solutions which include print collateral, signage, large format printing, IT solutions, fabrication shop raw materials, promotional goods, and custom overseas production•Provides exceptional service to International Olympic, World Cup, and US based clients and account teams•Efficiently works on multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment and suggests proceduralchanges as needed• Develops specifications, solicits quotations from suppliers, issues purchase orders, establishes schedules, sets qualityexpectations, and successfully manages all purchase details•Identifies, develops and maintaining strategic supplier relationships that bring advantages to the company and clients•Facilitates and drives win-win solutions on behalf of clients by negotiating with suppliers on price, schedule, and service attributes and project team directly with creative department to create virtual mock of promotional items for customer approval•Solicit quotations from suppliers, issuing purchase orders, setting quality expectations with suppliers, and successfully managing all purchase details to ensure timely delivery to events. •Drive low cost solutions based on total cost of ownership focusing on total value, not necessarily price•Ability to negotiate price, schedule, and service attributes with suppliers and project teams
