I keep track daily of damaged gas lines and record them in our excel spreadsheet. I create evidence packets in each division folder (NE, NW, SE, SW, & Ohio) by gathering information such as FDS forms, pictures of the damages, locate tickets, and Fact Based Investigations. Those folders are sent to claims for review while I make state forms for each case, then they are sent to the IURC. Additionally, I make check requests for the cases that come back and get reimbursed. I also promote safe digging by telling people to call 811 before any project at public events.

In charge of customer service transactions at the front office including lottery, money orders, Western Union, refunds, and small orders. I oversaw all cashiers on my shift, kept track of breaks, and fixed any problems they had with their transactions or customers. I performed opening and closing duties that included analyzing the data from the previous day and making sure tills were locked up at night.
