Elite 24-month rotational training program overseen by the Executive VP of Administration designed to jumpstart the professional and personal growth of motivated new graduates for future leadership positions in the corporation. Rotations included immersion and accelerated training in Marketing, Human Resources and Facilities Management disciplines. Human Resources Rotation: Responsible for MB University training including managing the Tuition Reimbursement program, New Hire Orientation and assisting with selection of vendors for onsite training programs. Coordinated new hire open house events and the companywide anniversary program. 
Assisted with MB Financial culture initiative projects including charity walks, employee appreciation days, and analyzing survey results regarding company culture. 
Marketing Rotation:Managed various events for clients and prospects from the planning stages to event execution. Project manager and on-site manager for sponsorship activation of 5 Chicago events totaling more than 200,000 participants including the Hot Chocolate Race and Hot Chocolate Expo. Coordinated on site production of activation area including managing team of brand ambassadors.
