 Liaise with channel partners ( External stakeholders) and negotiate : • Deliveries and operational process to be improvised. Foresee expected operational problems from current workflow and work on solutions with both internal and external stakeholders • Ondemand content rights to be published as part of content planning to increase viewership.• New requirements by Astro to be implemented for business growth Develop strategies with internal and external stakeholders to improvise operation plans  Negotiate delivery timeline with both internal and external stakeholders Actively participate and brainstorm solutions and forecast expected issues to be rectified and ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge to manage the daily operation Manage key projects such as :• The release of Game Of Thrones, The Walking Dead same time as US• New channel launch • LIVE events to be broadcast • Assist to coordinate on Astro’s new features / new project launch – in the pipeline Ad hoc broadcast telecast requirement; To ensure any last minute content that’s required by management to be broadcast on time. Vision Plus Entertainment (VPE) is the distribution arm of a larger media group, Vision New Media which also includes production arms Double Vision and Vision Animation. Over the past few years, I’ve gained various experience, which includes sourcing content, managing broadcast materials, negotiating deal terms, contracts & legal requirements & the list goes on. I’ve gained knowledge on the various platform which includes theatrical, NVOD,TVOD,PVOD, FTV, PTV, SVOD, IPTV ,OTT, Mobile and so on. - Experience in content evaluations, acquisitions, project management and strategy planning. - Vet all sales agreement with broadcasters across all media in South East Asia and ensure all terms and conditions are within the perimeter. And ensure payments are received accordingly.- Coordinate with studios/distributors on broadcast & promotional material and ensure materials are delivered within the timeline
