Major responsibilities: • Plan and implement the project’s overall M&E activities such as monitoring, evaluation, surveys and knowledge management. • Manage knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, and modalities of food for asset (FFA) /cash for asset (CFA) as well as on SCOPE registration and maintain data. • Lead the process of donor reporting as photo monitoring, SCOPE reporting, eSPR reporting and quarterly reporting.• Lead in data entry, analysis, verification, and cross-checking of project activities as well as support in beneficiary registration and conditionality checkup-related activities.• Analyze monitoring results with the project team and recommend necessary action to adjust and refine program planning and decision making.• Support and contribute to the organization in overall development and dissemination of knowledge and experience through enhanced communication, strengthened knowledge products and publications. • Lead, coordinate and support the design, development, and implementation of M&E-related capacity-building activities for the project team and partners’ staff.• Document and promote good practices, knowledge management and institutional learning around M&E approaches. • Conduct report and indicator checks during monitoring visits to maintain quality control of internal and external reporting for the project and capacity building of partner team accordingly.• Coordinate, network and maintain good relations with local government authorities, I/NGOs, government institutes, private sectors, thematic networks, and other stakeholders. • Ensure that the project detail implementation plan (DIP) is on-track and follow-up project activities/output/ outcome against the timeline.• Ensure transparency, accountability, complaint response mechanism and inclusiveness in information management in the project.
