I embroider hats mainly; as well as, check in freight, help customers, take in new orders, answer the phone, ship online order items, manage the store and other employees when the owners/management are out of the shop.

My responsibilities include; Managing store, helping all customers - in person, by phone and email. I have one permanent employee and one work study. I order all books, clothing, general merchandise, supplies and food items for the store. I work directly with the college staff, faculty and students. It is my duty to reconcile the cash registers daily, reconcile credit card statements monthly, print end of month reports and year end reports for business office. I request all PO numbers for orders from the accounts payable office, track orders and check in orders. I also oversee and finalize all paperwork to pay vendors, charge AR accounts for staff and faculty supplies, post all AR payments, send books to students through UPS, and determine final pricing on all items in bookstore. It is also my responsibility to manage my yearly budget for the bookstore and attend meetings as scheduled.
