Throughout this time, I discovered that the happiest and most motivated at work I had been when I had the opportunity and time to go and investigate why something wasn't functioning as intended and find out how things work the way they do. This realization, combined with my desire for continuous learning, personal growth, and self-challenge, has led me to embark on a career transition into software development. What I enjoy the most about development at the moment is the thrill of tackling complex tasks that appear daunting at first. I enjoy the process of breaking the task down into into more manageable steps by beginning with familiar areas before navigating towards the unknown. The feeling of accomplishment at the end is incredibly rewarding.As an employee, coworker, and team member, I am dedicated, self-motivated, and always eager to improve and learn.
