Develop consistent content and deliver thoughtful communication to position firm in community as leader of transformation, innovation, and positive change. Market projects and qualify leads for commercial, residential, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. Fill brand new 45-unit apartment complex sight unseen prior to opening. Prepare purchase agreements and commercial and residential leases; review contracts; and coordinate closings. Secure new commercial leases and development projects through RFPs. Cultivate public-private partnerships with City, State, Federal, and Tribal entities. Manage social media and promote organization through creative campaigns, presentations, newspaper ads, signage, and exhibits. Create property websites and manage company website overhaul.
