TeenEdge Academy is formed for teens with a passion in underrated industries (eg. design, performing arts & visual arts). Often times, parents and society would disapprove our teens to venture into these industries because they do not see that as a field worth exploring due to the career outlook. But why stop our teens from pursuing their dream when they are really good at it? Every talent has its value and how are we to judge that one talent is better than the other?Our teens will be mentored by the industry expert of their field of interest to learn the necessary skills and have a taste of how the industry is like in reality. We would also conduct personal coaching and life skills building classes to help our teens in mapping out their way to achieve their dream! At TeenEdge, it is all about 'Doing with Passion, Living with Purpose'. If you believe in your dream, we will make it happen together!

- Handle students application, review and selection- Liaise with AFS in other countries to send local students on the program- Organise orientation camps for students - Manage paperwork and documentation

My job allows me to design and create programs for teenagers. I conduct workshops and teenager development programs for secondary schools in Malaysia to improve their higher order thinking skills and other soft skills that help them to achieve their goal in life. Besides that, I also run personal coaching session with teenagers to assist them with their personal growth. I aspire to unleash the potential and talents in our young stars!
