• Troubleshoot applications, guiding users to resolve common software issues• Solving customer queries and maintained records via phone calls, emails, Scheduling of remote and onsite services for clients.• Office 365 Support (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneDrive etc)• Hands-on experience or knowledge in standard computing hardware. (hardware e.g. routers/switches/multifunction devices/wireless devices)• Setting up new users, resetting passwords, MFA setup, email forwarding, out of office notifications• Exposure to dynamic 365 and and power platform environments.• Providing technical support including installation, image deployment and maintenance of company laptops, software, scanner, printer problems and peripherals including iPhones, Wi-Fi, blue tooth and hotspot • Escalation of issue to the higher team/ department •Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system.
