Project Description: Johnson & Johnson has planned to replace the current Salesforce based CRM with EXEEVO-Omnipresence modern CXM product which will help to resolve the following issues: The current platforms operate in silos, poor case scheduling support, movement of data is labour intensive, poor insights on coaching plan and development new feature is costly. As part of this, Exeevo has executed the agreement with J&J which involved in analysis, design, development of CRM product, project implementation and hyper care support. Also migrating of existing historical data & integration with SAP.Responsibilities: Responsible for the following activities: Primary contact for Project Managers to address project setup, procurement and delivery strategy. Customer Centricity/Stakeholder management (Daily/Weekly/Monthly status reporting). Product/Test/Quality/Release management/Deployment/Warranty support. Direct and lead the development team from project initiation through the delivery of the final product. Tracked the key metrics through Burn down, team velocity, backlogs health, defects reports & etc. Adhere to all required monitoring and reporting needs of the project including project metrics. Monitor, track and report all issues / risks related to the project with mitigation plans. Conducting performance evaluations on time. Monitoring performance and taking action to improve result. Project management: Estimation/Project schedule/budget/relationship management/Etc. People Handling/Team Management/Attrition & Competency Building/Mentoring. Oversaw 100% compliance of meeting SLA's and KPI's in accordance with master services.
