Working with the university to tackle the attainment gap, whilst focusing on broad academic and social student experiences. Using data to uncover where the Attainment Gap lies and how we can manage for this. Collaborating with large teams of university students and staff on this important project.

• A part-time role I undertook to gain experience and support my studies. This involved working towards a large scale project to reduce the attainment gap at eh University of Greewnich.
• Regular written communication and verbal interaction with students and staff, requiring good interpersonal skills and the ability to act upon these interactions appropriately and in an organised manner.
• Handling of academic material with suggestions for improvement.
• Conducting student consultation groups to understand and make improvements to students' social and academic experiences at university.
