Active participation in the "Solar Decathlon 2017" project: an interuniversity competitionof designing and building the best habitat, in real size, thatuses the sun as the sole source of energy. Development of the thermal partof the project using the DesignBuilder software and participation in all stages of theconstruction of the solar house in Denver, Colorado.

"Evaluating the need for energy storage to enhance autonomy of neighborhoods"Nowadays energy hubs combining different renewable energy technologies such as solar panel, thermal grid with energy storage are getting popular. With the aim of getting a more sustainable and autonomous area, the integration of renewable energy as well as the energy storage potential needs to be evaluated. The techno-economic and environmental assessment is analysed to quantify the level of integration of renewable energy and storage for a specific cluster in a sustainable district of Geneva.
