Soft Bank, Accel, Naspers- Led the Demand-Supply Planning charter for Pan-India operations (oversaw growth from 50 to 500+ cities) with a team of 100+ members, owning core KPIs including delivery speed, driver earnings and utilization-Managed various long term projects & experiments around increasing driver utilization, efficiency, and earnings-Responsible for Strategy and Planning of Overall Cost Per Delivery(CPD) - $400M/year line item. Helped achieve the lowest CPD in the history of the org.-Driving planning and performance for high stake events (IPL,NYE,Festivals,Rains etc). Led the NYE’20 & NYE'21 planning and execution - Achieved 150,000+ Delivery Partner logins on ground for NYE’20 (Pan India) - a record high for the company helping beat competition on NPS scores & number of orders delivered.- Cultivated and managed strategic partnerships, worth $12M+/year with multiple third-party logistics players, increasing their order share by 6pp (3x) and delivering cost savings worth $1M+ in the OND’20 quarter.
