As an Agile Delivery Lead, responsible for all Agile ceremonies for three teams.One team was responsible for migrating existing datasets to the cloud (and implementing new cloud datasets). This was a mature team that fully and efficiently utilized the scrum agile framework.A second team was more of an operational support team, utilizing kanban to improve operational efficiencies and scrum for a large data warehousing initiative.As one of only three out of ~20 scrum masters in that division to carry three teams, I was asked to support a business analytics team, relatively new to each other, that had been trying to utilize scrum / kanban on their own but with no designated scrum master / expertise. I educated them on the SAFe Agile methodology and implemented all elements into their daily workflow. I also facilitated key efficiencies in their operations including the development of a process for gathering requirements for their services from their customers (“Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done” concepts) and a framework for reaching out to their large customers in order to understand what their customers wanted / needed from them and how we could improve the requesting and delivery of their services.

Project Manager, Account ManagerThis full-service IT company started as a contractor working with AT&T to manage implementation of their System 85 phone systems, with capacity up to 10,000 telephones. I was responsible for all programming of the systems, training of users and system administrators at customer site, managing the cutover to the new system and resolution of all associated issues.We then expanded into telecom wiring (Cat-5 and Fiber) and I estimated projects, produced bids, coordinated material ordering and delivery, exercised quality control over installation crews, and in general, as the Account Manager, liaised with the customer representative to make sure our services were satisfactory.My largest account was Sun Microsystems, with campuses both in Mountain View and Milpitas, each with over 3,000 extensions. I managed campus relocations of over 100 stations every week.
