• Coordination of the artwork creation for clinical packaging materials (boxes, inserts, labels, booklets…) for both consumer as non consumer products worldwide.• Follow up on the timely implementation of launches of new products• Maintaining close contact with customers throughout the artwork creation to keep them informed on the status of jobs, to answer and solve queries, to obtain approval of artwork and to gain all information needed to successfully process the artwork creation.• Performing of input control and thus responsible for the start up of the artwork orders. • Converting demands of regulatory bodies into text modifications and demands of production plants into technical specifications for artwork.• Translation of the artwork orders for the Graphic Layout Specialists into Regulatory and technical specifications.• Developing of a workload planning driven by priority setting.• Progress monitoring of job order throughout artwork creation, conferring with stakeholders and altering in consultation with the Team Leader, the artwork creation planning and job order to expedite timely processing of the job in accordance with customer’s requirements and company standards.• Acts as single point of contact towards the customers regarding specific projects (e.g. launches) or production sites.
