I successfully led 7 supervisors, WS manager, trainer and 52 territory executives through unprecedented change of call mission. In just over a year we moved from post-merchandising and retail engagement mindset to retailer activation unmatched in our industry, turning in-direct retail to ever-growing source for our new business. All this while trying to ensure - more or less successfully - to have the most engaged, excited and successful field force on the Czech market.

I have worked as an editor in Pravda, at that time the second largest nationwide daily in circulation. Apart from daily control of articles and their adaptation to the papers layout, I was part of the team which executed crucial change of the format of the paper to new modern design. On occasion, I also wrote small articles.

I worked as a producer and reporter for the Slovak Service of the BBC World Service until its closure.
