- Report directly to the Vice-President Engineering/Quality Bossard Group and local GM’s- Support in preparing and realizing action plans, budgets and projects- Create a sound hunger for success at all levels and a feeling of importance to all employees- Support GM’s in defining Engineering + Quality objectives for each unit- Establish education and training for the engineering and quality organization- Coordinate, inform and manage the engineering and quality organization- Establish a communication platform between the MEU units for teamwork and mutual support for Engineering and Quality- Manage the development of a quality policy- Monitor the quality indicators- Manage and monitor corrective and preventive actions- Develop a high level of technical skills and expertise in assembly techniques and to position Bossard MEU as the leading technical organization- Support GM’s in defining priorities, number of customers visits and rationalization projects according to customers segmentation for each unit- Coordinate and monitor technical seminars to existing or potential customers- Coordinate and monitor technical rationalization projects with customers- Ensure the support of sales from engineering and QC by customized tests, visits and documentation- Ensure the support of sales and purchase for customer claims
