• Chemistry Analysis. Responsible with the whole chemistry determination process in the factory, my role was to perform chemical determination using the company’s laboratory, equipment and chemical agent in compliance with standards and procedures.• Quality Management Coordination. With the aim of assuring a high quality of our products, my role is to coordinate a 3 Quality Controllers team in order to perform the spot-checking of zincate parts according to the procedures (checking areas, frequencies, sampling volume) and fulfilling our 80% threshold agreed KPI.• Handling Non-Conformities. Focusing on the best quality for our clients, when non-conformities occur, my role is to block the production process, announce Commercial department, describe the issue, propose repairing estimated time and re-introduce the parts in the production process after remediation.• Administrative and Custom reports. Weekly centralizing quantity reports for the parts, which have to enter in the production process. Each Shift end my role is also to upload pictures with parts layout of the packaging, to record the thickness of zinc layer for the products and to draft hand-over protocols for the repaired batches.• Working Practices & Procedures. Provide support to the production and maintenance teams in order to improve the working practices and procedures and ensures that the documentation used during the production is managed according to the Quality Management System. Ensure that processes and machinery standards are sustainable, correctly defined and properly documented.

• Chemistry Analysis. Collaborating with an external company, I was in charge keeping up to date HSSE instruction booklets for all employees. Together with Occupational Health Doctors and HR department, I was drafting the Risk Assessment Note for each type of occupational position. Performing periodical legal safety training with all employees.• Waste Management: Accurately recording waste quantities in the monthly report for Local Environmental Agency (waste packaging, ashes resulted from the technology process). Keeping the relationship with Pro Air Clean SRL for recycling paper, plastic and textile and with Rezinal a Belgium company that picked up app. 12 trucks/year production waste.• Environment Auditing Consultant. Representing the factory in legal audits performed by Environment Guard. Create mitigation plans in case of penalties by setting up meetings with all parties, performing analysis, conducting investigations and taking proper measures Responsible with fulfilling the measures in allocated time, the factory has never been penalized by authorities.

• Laboratory Determination. Mainly based on a Weekly Control Plan but also on request as per Production Department need, I successfully and timely delivered (100 KPI No delay fulfilled) on time various analysis such as scalper analysis, iron determination from acids pickling, hydrochloric acid determination.• Detailed Reports & Recordings. Keeping up to date the entire range of chemical quality control analysis (Zinc Oxide and Centrifuging Hot Dip Galvanizing) by thoroughly & officially recording them at factory level. • New Products Innovation. Collaborating with Production and Commercial Department in relation to major Clients, I was in charge with new working material analysis in order to add to the company’s portfolio new competitive products on the market - process drafting, setting milestones, sample methods, final stage quality and quantity testing. Results: app. 1 new product/year, during a typically 3-month process.

• On Time Delivery. Perform operational tasks timely delivering the necessary materials (metal and rubber hoses, pipes and rods) for the High Pressure Production Assembly Line. Using an electrical machine and following detailed standards & procedures’ instructions, one of my roles was to make sure not to hurt any colleague or damage goods or equipment.• Daily Planning of Orders. Part of a team of 9 persons in the Production Department, I was pro-actively planning production daily orders in advance in order to assure the uninterrupted load of the production line of the vehicles steering system. Due to my diligence, good results and professional attitude I succeed being the sole coordinator on my shift.• Stock Inventory. Member of the regular commissions, my role was to count the merchandise and to offer support for the manipulation of the spare parts and components during the inventory and audit processes in the Supply Department• Coordination tasks. Successfully offered support for the shift manager in order to ensure the production stream – checking and follow daily planning of orders, time cards, shift handovers with the processed production volumes.
