Biggest projects/tasks:- Implementing Machine Learning model for forecast cannibalization across all categories & all markets - collecting feedback from planners, analyzing output data and proposing changes to the development team for further improvements (e.g. I did create an application in PowerApp for collecting exceptions - codes that should not be touched by the ML model or propose the solution for managing codes with limited shipment history)- Leading yearly forecast-index matching process (biggest yearly project in demand department) - I prepared VBA Excel based tool, all required training materials how to use the tool, and in the time of execution i did solve all ad-hoc issues to make sure all planners were able to submit desired forecast/indexes on time- I created an automated Power BI based platform for tracking weekly forecast evaluation used widely across the company (knowledge/software used: SQL queries / Knime, Power BI , Power Apps , Power Automate)- Hosting trainings for over 100 planners and creating process documentation to increase capabilities in demand department- Maintaining and upgrading standard tools used by the whole demand community, weekly demand control tool - VBA based and forecast cannibalization tool - Rulex based

- I created a set of VBA Excel based tools and PowerBI reports for Demand Planning community in Oral Care Department (10 planners) to enhance communication with other functions, simplify planners' work & improve its quality- Preparing training materials and onboarding plan for new hires- Leading health checks and supporting standard tools & processes adoption across demand planners in Oral Care Department

- Owning weekly and monthly demand forecast on multiple levels of aggregation for portfolio of over 400 codes- Controlling evaluation of demand KPIs to keep them in target over a time- Performing analyses of latest market trends, business strategies, products history and other factors influencing demand
