I am an Associate and PhD student specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial law. My practice encompasses a broad spectrum of transactional, corporate, and commercial matters, including share and asset deals, company formations, mergers, demergers, transformations, commercial agreements, and corporate governance.In addition to my legal practice, I serve as a Secretary and Research and Teaching Assistant at the Department of Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Lublin.My research interests primarily focus on the intersection of corporate law and contract law, with specific attention to the supervision of capital companies, share law and the dematerialization of shares, restrictions on the disposal of shares, and the structure of contractual relationships.I have also published several academic papers in the fields of corporate law, civil law, and intellectual property law.
