Key current functions:• Support the Latin America & the Caribbean Regional Representative and Global Programme Managers (Migration and Displacement and Climate Justice) with regional efforts for human mobility and climate justice initiatives and programmes, particularly for the Regional Community of Practice (RCoP) comprised of 160 CSOs from 13 countries.• Effective coordination of regional efforts in favor of human mobility and climate justice to support joint advocacy action and programme development that better responds to needs of people on the move and their communities of origin, while enhancing social cohesion. • Coordinate the successful start-up process and proper functioning of the RCoP.• Work along the RCoP and wider ACT Membership in developing an advocacy roadmap towards the Regional Review for the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration.• Coordinate and supervise the design and development of virtual and on-site capacity-building mechanisms for the RCoP and wider ACT Membership, with a particular focus on joint-advocacy on human mobility and climate justice. • Systematize data to generate storytelling highlighting the work, opportunities, and concerns of the RCoP related to human mobility and climate justice.• Assist in the development or review of national, subregional, or regional forum-led proposals, policy briefings, etc. • Represent the organization's work on key global and regional forums and advocacy spaces. • Develop close relationships with the CSOs comprising the 3 Subregional ACT Forums and 13 National ACT Forums to contribute to strategic advocacy roadmaps' development regarding human mobility and climate justice.• Ensure regular reporting to the Regional Representative and Global Programme Managers.• Support ACT's communications-related work at the regional level.• Assist with other administrative, substantive, logistical and operational tasks as required.

Key current functions:• Conduct timely development and periodic review of academic curriculum.• Develop and evaluate short and long-terms goals for curriculum to ensure facilitation and promotion of quality education and excellence in the training and learning.• Prepare lectures, activities, learning opportunities and education exchange spaces. • Work with internal as well as external trainers by analyzing the feedback/comments and identifying the gaps of the existing products to improve/develop new programmes.• Conduct training/teaching and professional development programmes in hard and soft skills for undergraduate students.• Facilitate trainee learning, provide effective instruction, and perform evaluations of trainee learning for all assigned/ad hoc sessions.• Participate in programme level learning assessment, including faculty evaluation process.• Develop and deploy teaching-learning materials in area of own expertise.• Receive training or stay current in technological or pedagogical advances that promotes trainee learning. • Participate in college professional development activities.
