My special focus and expertise is fund creation and structuring, compliance and fund administration (venture capital, private equity, other AIF's, UCITS).I have over 12 years of experience in the legal sector. I started as a lawyer in a law firm, tried to fit into the legal attorney role and represented clients in court, moved on to commercial and corporate law and then as an in-house legal & compliance expert I discovered that I was actually excited about creating fund structures and designing effective compliance programs for the fund managers. I founded MITI so I could help several several asset managers achieve their global ambitions. I am all about simplifying processes, providing clear and effective solutions and using innovative tools.
