Churro Station is a franchise company within the food and beverage industry that specializes in making fresh, authentic churros as well as mouthwatering sandwiches, smoothies and more. I began with the company from inception and assisted in various aspects of the business in conjunction with the founder and CEO. These areas included creation of all marketing materials, Uniform Franchise Offering Circular or now Franchise Disclosure Document and the franchise sales process. Currently there are six stores in operation all of which I managed and oversaw the training of as well as offering continued day-to-day assistance after grand-opening. I contributed to the development of each store from initial layout to ensuring brand integrity throughout. I had the pleasure of working with our vendors to ensure that our franchisees were taken care of and had all of the necessary items to open their stores.

Gymboree is the leading Children's Play and Music Franchise in the world as well as a leading children's retailer. I was responsible for the entire sales process from initial inquiry to signed franchise agreements for the Western United States and Canada. In addition I managed the disposition of the corporate-owned locations in California and provided direction to Corporate Legal Department in regards to details of the Asset Purchase Agreements.
