Signa Sports United (SSU) is a global specialist sports e-commerce company with 80 online sites and partners with 500 shops serving over 6.7 million customers worldwide.I am in charge of a team of engineers and engineering leads at Tennis-Point, a member of the SSU group. My primary goal is to integrate Tennis-Point's engineering department more closely with the standards, processes, and expertise of the SSU group. This involves:- Leading a team of 20+ engineers.- Establishing communication channels between various teams within the SSU group.- Setting both short-term and long-term technological strategies for my areas.- Overseeing the technological development of parts of Tennis-Point.

OAK'S LAB is a creative incubator-like digital agency specializing in early-stage startups, providing empowered product teams to digital startups, managing product management, design, software development, and all that a digital startup needs.I had a chance to:- Build 34 startups that have a combined valuation of $1.5B- Scale the team from 1 to 40- Manage 5-7 teams- Design and introduce all necessary processes (1on1s, reviews, career levels, etc.)- Act as temporary CTO for all incoming startups

Livesport is a global leader in real-time sports coverage, serving over 100 million users with brands like Flashscore, Oddsportal, etc. When I joined, Livesport had a few thousand users. When I left, we had 80 million. During that time, I had a chance to:- Lead team of 5-6 engineers- Develop and maintain critical APIs- Create and led a new-joiner program that ran successfully for 4+ years- Create several internal developer experience tools, from simple CLI tools to complex deployment apps.- Shape the tech strategy in a VP-level group directly with the CTO
