My goal is to bridge the needs of the hurting with the philanthropic passions and interests of our partners in a way that brings them joy and a renewed spirit. 4KIDS mission is to provide HOPE, HOMES, and HEALING for children in Foster Care. My role focuses on the 5 county Southwest Florida region (Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Glades and Hendry counties) as the organization expanded from the east coast of Florida in 2021.

Strengthen and deepen relationships with ministry supporters; identify, cultivate, solicit and steward existing and new ministry partners including individuals, foundations and corporations in the Southeast region of the U.S. (FL/GA/AL/MS) for the largest Christian nonprofit serving the incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and their families. Welcome ministry investors and prospects into the work of the ministry as volunteers, prison visitors, Angel Tree advocates, and ambassadors with others who are like-minded.

Collier County Major Gifts Officer (2017):- Steward / cultivate assigned major donor caseload- Work creatively with staff and the local community to expand awareness of hunger issues and Food Bank's long term strategy to eliminate hunger in Southwest Florida- Represent the Food Bank at organizations including the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, the Above Board Chamber of Florida, the United Way of Collier County and other strategic partner.Collier County Engagement Manager (June 2015-June 2016):- Manage a small portfolio of donors and prospective donors to increase engagement and commitment.- Work with HCFB management team to maximize awareness of and support for HCFB and other anti-hunger efforts in Collier County.- Attend networking meetings in Collier County as necessary to ensure positive collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. - Identify potential financial supporters of HCFB’s effort in Collier County, and collaborate with the HCFB Development Department to maximize such opportunities.- Collaborate with the HCFB Collier Action Group and the HCFB Marketing and Development Committee to develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of hunger in Collier County, and of the integral role the HCFB plays in addressing same.- Support HCFB volunteer activities at the HCFB Naples facility, and the HCFB mobile pantries, in collaboration with HCFB Volunteer Manager.- Develop and foster positive relationships with the local universities, coalitions, local governmental agencies, health care facilities, and the public school system for purposes of research/assessment as well as program implementation, expansion and evaluation.

Responsible for annual donor caseload. Oversee donor database to ensure donor giving records and other fund raising reports are correct, up to date and easily retrievable. Coordinate all aspects of Youth Center Capital Campaign donor systems, working closely with Capital Campaign Manager (internal), Capital Campaign Chair (external) and donors to ensure the success of a $5 million Youth Center campaign. Submit Grant requests in conjunction with Capital Campaign Chair efforts. Coordinate special events focusing on donor development and community awareness. Research, prepare and present written proposals for corporate sponsorship/support for fundraising events. Identify, establish, maintain and enhance relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, civic and professional groups.Research and write grant proposals for individual, corporate and foundation funding sources to support ongoing programs. Assist with public relations/marketing duties including contacts with businesses, community organizations and the media; and creation of marketing materials.Serve as agency liaison with Collier County Chambers and Civic Organizations to develop business and community relationships. Coordinate open house events and agency tours. Work with Communications Coordinator on all components of online communications, electronic and social media outlets to generate community interest and awareness and increase donor and volunteer base.
