“Life in constant motion! For 11 years, I have been active in the industrial automation sector. My mission is to assist thousands of factories in maintaining production continuity. Together with the entire RGB team, we supply and repair parts for production lines, machines, and industrial robots. I started my career as a consultant. I’ve taken hundreds of calls from people struggling with machine malfunctions. I’ve come to understand the difficult situations they find themselves in and the emotions that accompany them. The greatest satisfaction then, as now, comes from success in the form of a joint problem-solving effort. Currently, at RGB Electronika, I am responsible for the company’s development and strategy. I focus on thoroughly understanding the problems and needs of manufacturing companies. Based on this, I build global solutions that allow manufacturing companies to achieve their set goals. Without downtime. In my work, I love visiting factories. Watching how products are made. Being with people who talk with fascination about what they do. After working hours, I also don’t allow for downtime. I spend my free time actively in nature. What have I learned there? - Humility on high mountain trails.
