As a postdoctoral reseracher in the research group 'Teacher Education and Professional Development' I conduct research on digital education by developing and testing tools and instructional environments for teacher education.

My research focused on the assessment and development of student teachers’ competences to create inclusive learning environments by using videography. During my PhD, I gained theoretical and empirical insight in the effectiveness of video-based assessment on student teachers’ competence development with respect to inclusive teaching.
