My responsibilities encompass strategic planning, particularly in the area of Dropshipment, as well as overseeing the sub-departments of JIT/Warehouse and Technical Supplier Integration Management. I play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain while simultaneously reducing costs. The establishment and integration of the Dropshipment department, including these sub-departments, are crucial components of our company's success.Additionally, I am responsible for managing a team of 30 highly skilled professionals and a budget of over 130 million euros. Continuous development of my team and strategic financial decisions to support our procurement initiatives fall within my purview.Regardless of my role as the representative of the VP of Procurement, I was defined as a Business Impact employee due to my outstanding performance. This recognition has enabled me to collaborate closely with top management and significantly contribute to the alignment of our corporate strategy.What sets me apart from many others is my unique expertise in the field of Dropshipment. I optimize the online funnel for a seamless experience, align objectives with suppliers, and foster innovation. Leveraging PIM, API, and tools like JIRA, I enhance digitalization. My expertise in contract negotiations and supply chain management shapes procurement. Leading a team of 17, I prioritize development and teamwork. Throughout my professional journey, I have acquired a diverse range of skills and experiences, with a significant focus on the development of the marketplace business. In my role as a Project Manager, I played a pivotal role in the introduction of a PIM (Product Information Management) system, enabling seamless integration and management of product information. This initiative led to significant improvements in our business processes and more efficient customer communication.Curating assortments and setting up product listings were also crucial for the success of the marketplace business. I conducted thorough analyses of customer needs and selected relevant products to offer an attractive range. Continuous competitive analysis allowed me to identify trends early on and adjust our offerings accordingly.Another core aspect of my work was the selection, acquisition, and negotiation with suppliers. In close collaboration with our partners, I developed long-term relationships and engaged in strategy and growth discussions to expand our portfolio.
