• As an executive employee with authority to act, managing independently a sales area of six stores with 100 employees in regards to labor law, food laws and regulatory requirements • Responsible for store staff, costs, employee performances, revenues and budgets• Authority to sign contracts of employment• Recruiting, relocating and releasing sales staff and apprentices as well as defining certificates• Promoting, developing and managing skills of the employees of the sales area• Ensuring smooth sales operations in compliance with all statutory regulations• Responsible for the presentation of products in stores according to company standards • Scheduling and executing store inventories, auditing store accounts and controlling bank vaults • Planning, organizing and controlling store openings and renovations

• Creation of best practice- and profitability analyses for all CRM-activities for the executive board

• Analyses and presentations of IRI Group- and Nielsen studies to develop promotion activities and –material for Douglas stores in Germany

• Planning, organizing and executing client events in line with visual merchandising standards

• Selling Louis Vuitton products, consulting customers and maintaining client data

• Creating presentations about the hotel rebranding strategy and training hotel employees
