Almost 5 years experience as a QA Engineer for the Transactional messaging team in kiwi.com. As the first and oldest serving QA of the team, I'm experienced with responsibilities of many different roles - from the manual testing of the FE/BE features, reporting bugs, onboarding new members, creating documentation and kicking off meetings, to dividing tasks, creating test scenarios, writing automated tests in Cypress and preparing and leading our quarterly planning sessions and weekly QA syncs.

After graduation, I started working as a back office agent for the travel company. My daily duties consisted of working with internal systems, processing and completing orders and communicating with customers, airlines and partners.
