As a product owner of collateral solutions in our company, I have been part of building a new, agile team for our organization, making staffing decision, interviewing, and building team culture. The team’s responsibility is business critical systems and processes in collateral management, in both consumer-, and corporate finance. In my role I am responsible for the overall vision and roadmap of the collateral team. I manage team priorities for development and operational activities, making sure our solutions are effective and regulatory compliant, and I support the team on decision making on various topics. As the financial business is highly regulated, I have over the years attained a broad knowledge of banking regulations.

I had the pleasure of contributing to many parts in a project lifecycle: analyzing the solutions from a business perspective, writing definitions, testing and migration. Simultaneously I had the pleasure to work on several other projects, including corporate fusions and data migrations to mention a few.
