I have a diverse background in the business world having worked in the financial, property, and construction industries. This is where I built my foundation of analytical skills, people management, organization and communication. I have always had a passion for health and wellness and spent many years increasing my knowledge base at Western University to transfer out of the business world and enter healthcare. I also seek to continuously challenge myself mentally and physically. I compete annually at events like Tough Mudder and CIBC Run for the Cure to stay in peak physical fitness. I am now a Superintendent with Middlesex London Paramedic Services.
