I am currently leading the Global pricing team responsible for the strategy of price setting all our Global Renewals and Cross-Country Win-Backs. I have been leading the implementation of a new strategy for how we price our Global deals. Together with my team mainly based in Colombia, we are running iterations and gameboards for different potential outcomes of a deal and suggesting the preferred strategy. These deals include up to 97 countries and a Value of up to 100 MUSD each. The result is that we managed to turn around an ongoing trend of losing 20% on each renewal to increase price with average 5%. Price increase/Revenue and EBITDA effect after 1 year was 25MUSD/ Yearly based on the Renewed Deals 2022 –
