- Plan logistic of loading of catering and goods for in - flight shopping on all company`s aircrafts (26 airplanes);- Manage catering and other conveniences for passengers from airports around the world (regular and VIP flights);- Coordinate the preparation of in-flight magazine (1/quarter) and advertising campaigns on board (1/month)

- Manage organization of company events (job fairs, jubilee events, etc.);- Be office support for the company's management;- Manage recruitment process (placing advertisements, initial selection, coordination of meetings);- Be in charge of administration of the company running club, group insurance and other projects.

- Handle of outgoing and incoming correspondence;- Operate the telephone exchange;- Be ongoing assistance in the daily office work.

- Keep and supply files for hearings;- Supervise the time limits determined by courts for the barrister`s office (e.g. hearings, appeals, complaints);- Have contact with courts and other institutions;- Supervise over the circulation of documents.

- Supervise the circulation of documents inside the company through an electronic office;- Handle outgoing and incoming correspondence;- Develop simple reports;- Prepare presentations in computer programs;- Manage of the telephone exchange.

- Manage archive of training documents.
