• Was responsible of method development of Challenge Funds at Sida. I led the process of developing a policy tool,as part of Sida’s Gender Tool Box, on how to mainstream gender in Challenge Funds
• Started and coordinated a committee for Private Sector Collaboration for staff at Sida HQ and Embassies. The committee met once a month to exchange inspiration and best practices as well as to develop new tools.
• Performed monitoring and evaluation of development projects
