As a result of implemented KPIs On Time Delivery improved significantly within increased efficiency and work productivity and team created more value to internal and external customers. Also extended responsibility to Category Management in Commercial Components category. Manage over 10 millions yearly spend and over 200 suppliers globally. During 2019 all savings and supplier OTD targets were met with new approach I created in cooperation e.g. with operative purchasing.

Project Manager of Supply Chain Sourcing activities in a product program development team from target setting to mass production at Microsoft factories at Vietnam, Brazil and Argentina simultaneously. I was Supply Chain and Sourcing responsible for Lumia 550 which was one of the first Windows10 mobile devices at Microsoft. I was leading supply chain sourcing team and we organized and planned all materials to pre-series and to mass production. I was the link between R&D, all our suppliers and global factories by planning and executing all mobile device components with agreed quality and cost level. I was heading tens of millions material budget and I was able to meet challenging unit cost target in cooperation with Sourcing Managers and program team. We were ramping up our suppliers and our factory at Hanoi in Vietnam. We were supporting factories at Brazil and Argentina too. My experience of Asian companies and factories and managing multicultural team was the key element of successful cooperation and in time deliveries to customer.

Materials Project Manager at sourcing area for many phone programs like Communicator 9500, N97, Lumia 620 and Lumia 630/635.I was in charge of all material related tasks to ensure availability for Nokia Product Programs at the right cost and quality level. As a Sourcing/Materials Project Manager I was leading Sourcing team and factory material operations in China, Korea, Hungary, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. I was heading tens of millions material budget. With team I was successfully organizing agreed materials for pre-series and for mass production to meet Nokia volume target and customer demand expectations.

I was the member of the Measurement team at the faculty of Industrial Management. During this time I made my Master's Thesis to Nokian Tyres and subject was related to Total Productivity Measurement. Total Productivity calculation method was implemented by using partial productivity ratios. This will eliminate the situations where management decisions aim at increasing partial productivity at the expense of total productivity.

As a summer trainee I was investigating more options to recycle parts from elevators.
