I am the local project manager for the research network Youth Lifestyle (Ung livsstil) and the coordinator for gender mainstreaming, anti-discrimination, and the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. During two time periods, I was conducting interviews and fieldwork observations at different sports- and recreation facilities with the aim to map and collect data in the municipality’s evaluation process.

While working with integrating unaccompanied minor refugees, I experienced and developed a vital part of the integration process meanwhile I was working with Child Rights perspectives as a tool. Besides engaging with Swedish authorities and performing administrative work tasks, I also developed methods and tools for successful and quick integration into Swedish society.
