At Hotel Arłamów I have effectively coordinated over 80 MICE events, each with 10-20% upsell compared to initial net value on the contract.

My responsibilities:
· establishing and improving the reputation of the hotel by offering personalised service while keeping hotel operating procedures
· keeping high standard of Customer and Guest Experience, providing "plus one service"
· developing and maintaining positive relationships with our Clients and Guests
· planning and directing MICE events (up to 400 ppl), weddings (up to 300 ppl), family parties
· meeting and extensively discussing event process with the Client
· analysing Client's needs, personalising the offer, advising, helping the Client to reach his goal and maximise his satisfaction and profit
· preparing and distributing function sheet (FS) of the oncoming event
· leading weekly BEO meetings
· ensuring with the team and the Client that all event arrangements are completed
· responding and acting upon any special requirement
· collaborating with external suppliers (ex. artists, singers, music bands, event agencies)
· collaborating closely with all hotel departments
· selling additional facilities to produce extra revenue
