I began my career while still a student. I worked as a customer assistant for Grupa Pracuj – a company managing a job search online portal. A dream to travel and explore different countries led me to Great Britain, where I had an opportunity to look closely at Polish diplomacy at Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Edinburgh. Additionally, I interned at the Scottish Business in the Community , a business-led non-profit engaging businesses through different programmes to create a more sustainable business ecosystem in Scotland. Back in Poland, I broadened my experience in working with private sector companies. At the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, I assisted foreign investors in Poland. I was also responsible for promoting exports and building cooperation between public and private sectors. While at the Lower Silesian Agency of Economic Cooperation, I organized international matchmaking events, conferences, and study visits for entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe. During my time at PwC, I worked in the advisory department on projects concerning business attractiveness of Polish cities and regions. In addition, I was involved in managing the export.invest.lubelskie initiative, which entailed event planning and management, marketing activities, analysis of the regional business networks, and building relationships with local public and private stakeholders. For the last 3 years, I have been responsible for managing various education and gamification projects at Westhill Consulting. I have maintained relations with clients, trainers and external suppliers. I have managed budgets and timetables of the projects. Additionally, I have been involved in organizing site visits abroad. Also, I've been responsible for coordinating development project funded by European Union which entailed financial and documentation management.
