Current• Managing and overseeing the uploading, updating, and maintenance of training content and assets in the LMS.• Maintaining user groups, curricula, and training assignments within the LMS, and managing study-specific training matrices to ensure that all personnel are comprehensively trained in all relevant subject matter.• Delivering comprehensive reports with exceptional attention to detail, reflecting an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.• Conducting data audits to ensure accuracy in the Learning Management System, including but not limited to user data, training items, curricula, user groups, and security roles.• Aiding in the generation of KPI to determine the effectiveness of the training program.• Investigating and resolving system/functionality related issues. Providing troubleshooting assistance for end users and serving as a point of escalation for support issues.• Acting as an LMS SME, developing, and maintaining LMS administration guidelines and procedures.• Identifying and communicating opportunities for LMS process and improvements.• Consulting HRIS team to ensure data integrity of LMS learner database.
