As a PR Manager, I was responsible for overseeing external and internal communication of all companies from the IPOPEMA Group (IPOPEMA Securities, IPOPEMA TFI, IPOPEMA Asset Management, IPOPEMA Business Consulting) and ensuring a positive public image for the organization by building good relationships with interest groups that include e.g. media, investors and business partnersMain responsibilities:- preparing and implementing a Public Relations strategy,- advising top company leaders on the scope of promoting IPOPEMA Group in media, - establishing relationships with the journalists; arranging interviews and press articles,- preparing pitch stories to the media, media kits, press releases, intervievs, - preparing company documents such as presentations and folders,- overseeing and updating company's website,- advising on the scope of sponsorship,- organizing press meeting and conferences (cooperating with media and strategic partners, such as Warsaw Stock Exchange or Ministry of Treasury),- releasing information to counter negative publicity, - cooperation with subcontractors, e.g. copywriters, graphic designers, print shops, web developers, SEO specialists and others,- preparing and overseeing marketing budget,- planning and implementing advertising campaigns (press and web),- organizing internal events, - preparing and overseeing company's newsletter,- reporting directly to the management board.
