I’m a strategic service design lead with 10+ years of experience in various design roles. My expertise is in identifying and developing new digital products and services, and improving existing ones to elevate customer experience and business value. I excel at translating complex or unclear ideas into concrete outcomes by leading diverse teams with cross-functional skills around a common vision or goal. My skillsets are a mix of a strategic and analytical thinker and creative problem solver. I approach product and customer discovery with a qualitative and data driven research and analysis to define the right problems, and have a toolkit of creative, collaborative methods to co-create innovative solutions. I have successfully designed and run innovation programs internally and as a consultant, and been a hands-on designer building products from idea to implementation. My current ambition is to focus more on product and/or design leadership and increase DEI in leadership positions.Outside of my 9-5, I am returning guest lecturer at Aalto University on topics related to storytelling, concept design and innovation, and speaker for various conferences and events. I am available for select freelance projects, typically with startups/SMEs who need a full-stack designer to conceptualise and visualise their ideas into concrete concepts and presentations.
