CurrentPartnered with cross functional teams and Nike to work on HR's top priority initiatives to develop or improve upon operational processes with the HR Function. - Discovery: Understand the current state and identify opportunities for improvement and best practices to continue. Gather requirements for the future state and engage with stakeholders to determine readiness and capability gaps.- Training: Train the broader HR team in process improvement mindset methodologies- Portfolio Management: Implement an intake model for project requests requiring process improvement or implementation. Developed portfolio management tools to provide visibility to the work and to drive prioritization decisions.-
