Upon relocating to Denmark to pursue a master's degree, my role at Coop Norge SA was altered to a part-time capacity. Instead of managing processes, the focus was shifted to projects pertaining to areas of expertise, with technical knowledge and skills being offered in a consultative capacity, offering technical knowledge and skills in a consulting role.

Responsible for the processes related to membership bonuses, payment of dividends, and digital coupons for the Coop app and website. I made sure these processes were running smoothly and efficiently and that the technology used was functioning properly. Continuous process improvements to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. My role was in the cross section between technical and business-related roles. Collaborated with both the engineering/technical team and other departments to align the processes with the overall goals of the company.
