My purpose as a leadership consultant is to support high-performing teams in reaching a new level of impact and joy. I love nothing more than empowering my clients to turn challenges into growth and thrive. What sets me apart is my unique constellation of experiences, skills, and personality: many years as top management consultant with McKinsey, a PhD in human genetics, certified “Search Inside Yourself” (SIY) teacher, numerous successful consulting projects and a deep personal practice in mindfulness. It makes me proud that today, several years after the project ended, my first client still runs the growth-mindset workshops we developed together and became a change agent in their organization.I’m a grateful and enthusiastic mother of four (which regularly pushes me to the limits of my own patience and mindfulness). I’m endlessly fascinated by the human brain and its capacities, and I read passionately about the recent research on neuroplasticity, creativity, and resilience.
