Assisting in day to day communication with external stakeholders of Citybee; supporting company’s transport department by managing, analyzing and reporting car trading information across Central and Eastern European (CEE) market; helping with ad-hoc tasks enabling the company to build and promote convenient, green and stylish urban transportation.

Customer service and check-ins/check-outs, rental contracts management, inspecting rental cars for damage & delivering them to customers, assessing service costs and fees.
